If the customer physically breaks their phone, they only pay the fixed repair fee

If the device is irreparable or not cost-effective to repair, they pay the fixed replacement fee

This is where I would make an important distinction: I would not charge a deductible for a functioning issue. Otherwise, the "24-month warranty" message becomes much less impactful.
